WORK MORE PLENTIFUL
UNEMPLOYMENT CLOUDS LIFTIND. By Telegraph—Press Association.' WelTineton T,n*t Night. The unemployment difficulty is rapidly on the .mend, judging by the facts a possession of the Hon. J. A. Millar (Mm. ister of Labor). Mr. -Miliar informed a New Zealand Times' representative today that work was getting more pleutinil. The reports received from the Labor Department's branches all over tiie country indicated that the labor market was .becoming ■normal again. So the crisis is over! queried a pressman.
"There was never any crisis," answered Mr. Millar. "The slight ini reuse of unemployment thib winter was accentuated by the inducement to come to town, thus concentrating out-of-works at two or three centres. Whatever little difficulty there was is disappearing and the outlook is favorable for a good spring. Men, are leaving public .works, alt the time) because-they are able to find other employment."
