A GRACEFUL ACT. ] By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright Sydney, September 1. TJie directors of the Hospital Saturday Fund lave received a letter from Lieut. SliaekletOii mentioning that the result of his lectures in Australia and ' Xew Zealand, about £-2200, would lie handed over to the various charitable institutions there. He said lie decided : to devote the whole of the proceeds of his .lectures there to charities as a token of gratitude for the substantial aid afforded t"e expedition by the Commonwealth and New Zealand Governments.
