LADIES' CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, Last Night. The weather was line though overcast for the continuation of the Indies' hockey tournament to-day. Results:—Nclion and. Horowhenua drew; Taranaki beat Wanganui by 3 goals to 1; Auckland beat Hawke's Bay B by 3 to nil; Wairarapa A beat Wellington by 2 to nil; Hike's Bay A beat Wairarnpa b by 4 to 1. Hawke's Bay A is the oniy unbeaten team so far. ELTHAM SEVEN-A-SIDE TOURNAMENT. The seven-a-side tournament held on Thursday at Ettham vnder the auspices of the Kltham Hockey Club, was won by Hawera, with Inglewood runners-up. Six teams competed, and the tourney provided several interesting and closelycontested games. The arrangements were well carried out by the local club, with Mr. H. Barnard as secretary. Following are the results:— First round—Hawera 2 goals (scored by Benton and Sage) beat Eltham nil. Ingle wood 1 f.T. A. Harris) beat Stratford B nil. Stratford A 2 goa!< (Griffin and Robinson) beat Eltham B nil. Semi-final.—Hawera I (Soffe) bent Stratford A nil. Inglewood "2 f.l. a, Harris and Allen) beat Eltham A nil. Final—Hawera 1. Inglewood 1. Sage scored for Hawera. The Hnnvrn team was as follows:—Cook, McDonald, I Thomson (captain), Hutton, Sage, Ren- , ton and Sargent. 1
