The Premier was severely criticised in connection with the retrenchment in the Civil Service, the Dreadnought- offer and the closing of Parliament while lie proceeded Home. Tn answer to questions Mr. Hutchison declared himself i n favor of the Sht.o reserving Ihe right to issue bank notes, Dominion option and a referendum on large constitutional questions. He was accorded n vote of thanks.
