INTERVIEW WITH JOHN FOSTER FRASER. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyriglil Perth, August 18. Mr. John Foster Eraser, the English journalist, arrived by the Morea. 11l the course of an interview he stated that he will stay in Australia till the British Parliament meets in January. He intends to oppose Mr. Ramsay MaeDonald at the next election. One of his subjects of inquiry is female suffrage, which he favors, and which, he says, is sure to come in England one of 'these days. Referring to European affairs lie said that as things now, stand he was in constant dread of explosion. First of all there, was the struggle between Britain and Germany for sea supremacy j and then there was the Balkans trouble. There was also bound to be trouble in Austria-Hungary when the old Emperor died. Mr. Foster Fraser was not sure that the explosion would originate with one of the big Powers. It was more likely to come from the Balkans dispute.
