LORD BERESFORD SATISFIED
DENIES BEING GUILTY OF DISLOYALTY. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received 17, 10.5 p.m. London, August 17. Lord Bcreaford, in a letter to the newspapers, states that Mr. Asquith's committee's report, in the main, was a, source of satisfaction to himself, and some of the reforms he regarded aa essential are now in the Admiralty's programme. He stronglv denies that he was ever guilty of disloyalty to the Admiralty, disobeyed its instructions, or failed to recognise its paramount authority.
