The Morning {Post's Christiana correspondent states that a mechanic of German origin there claims to have invented a dry electric accumulator, one that caa be sold cheaply and be easily constructed. The weight is 2'/ 2 pounds, with a capacity of 60 volts. The inventor hopes to increase the power to 100 volts. Experts are much interested ia the invention.
