Mr. Dinnie, Commissioner of Police, will -resign his position at the conclusion of the enquiry now being held by the Commission. He is only waiting till he has placed his side of the ease before the Commission to give up his position.

THE MINISTER QUESTIONED. Wellington, Last Night. The Minister of Justice was questioned to-night regarding Commissioner Dinnic's position. He said he had up to the present received no official intimation whatever as to Mr. Diunie's intention to resign.
