ÆRONAUTS FIRED UPON
THREE KILLED; OXE WOUNDED. By Cable—Press Association.—Copyright St. Petersburg, August 12. Russian guards fired at a (iernian balloon crossing the iSilesian frontier near Prozeliuka and compelled a descent. Three aeronauts were killed and a fourth seriously wounded. The (icriiians state that the Russians opened lire before the balloon crossed the frontier.
