The underwriters suggest that she may have broken her propeller shaft or her rudder, instancing the Waikato, Which was missing south of.the Cape for a long time.
A CRUISER'S SEARCH. Received 13, 10.45 p.m. London, August 13. Tim eruis'er Hermis is 'searching for the Waratah in the south-eastern area already covered by the Pandora.
