A DAIRY REPORT. To the Editor. Sir.—After reading the annual report ot the Hillsborough Dairy Company, X noticed tlicy had omitted tile number of pounds of butter-fat produced from l.SlfiSMlw of milk, with an test of -4.011. Tliey state that their payvent for tiie past year was just under I»%'l per lb of butter-fat. If that is SO, i tiie suppliers must have received more than tiie amount stated, £3048 10s (Id. i!« 1,812,2831 lis of milk with a test of 1.0!) would produce a deal more butterlitL than would allow of a payment of lll'/id per |b, let alone nearly'lo%d.— l am. etc., ONE WHO IS CURIOUB.
