We quote: Hens Is 8d to 2s 9d, pullets Is 7d to 3s 3d, cockerels up to 2s lOd, roosters up to 4s, ducks 2s sd, purebred drakes 4s. In the mart the usual lines sold at satisfactory prices. Fruit.—Large consignments have come to hand this week. We quote: Oranges Os 3d to 7s Od, bananas 7s to 8s; apples, Washington 8s to 8s 3d, red dessert 7s Od to 8s 0d; passions 4s lid, WEBSTER BROS.' REPORT. Mart. —On Saturday we had a good entry of poultry. U'riccs ruled about the same as last week. Fowls, old Is 6d to Is Bd, good young 2s to 2s 4d; pullets, poor Is 9d to 2s, good 2s 3.1 to 2s lOd; cockerels, poor Is 10.1 to 2s 2d, good young 2s Gil to 5s lid; guinea fowls 5s 9(1, ducks 2s 3d to 3s, Indian Runner trio 8s 3d,gocse 3s.
