NEW ZEALAND ioouCUTIOtf. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, July 23. The delegates affiliated to boxing associations in the Dominion have decided to substitute the system of territorial control in each district, permitting it to be controlled by the chief association' in the district. The districts decided on were Auckland and Poverty Bay, with headquarters at Auckland; Wellington province, Nelson and Marlborough, with headquarter* at Hastings; Taranaki, with headquarters at New Plymouth; Westland, with "headquarters lit Greymouth; North Canterbury, with headquarters at Tiniaru; Otago, with headquarters at Dunedin; Southland, with headquarters at Invercargill. The headquarters of the council will be at Christchurch, or as decided by a three-fifths majority of votes.
