Logan, otherwise known as James Hogan, was charged with having committed bigamy by having on October 2, 1007, gone through a marriage ceremony, though he was previously married, with Elsie Warren, in LauTiccston, Tasmania, his wife being still alive. Accused was committed for trial, and allowed bail in two sureties of £75 each and self £SO. "TWO-UPPERS" FINED. Wellington, July 23 Another batch of "two-uppers" appeared at the Magistrate's Court today. Ten were fined £3, with an alternative of a week's imprisonment; another pleaded not guilty, but admitted lie had lost £IOO since Easter and had been twice convicted! He was fined £5, in default one week's imprisonment,
