OPPOSITION TO SPANISH POLICSf. By Cable—Press Association.— Copyrig'at Madrid, July 22. The families of soldiers leaving Malaga for Morocco endeavored to prevent ] the train from starting. Ten persons were injured in encounters with the police. A battalion at Barcelona, which was ordered to Mehlla, threatened to stab Us officers. Some officers in neighboring barracks restored order. The mutineers had cartridges taken from them.
