Mr. Wynne, in the course of the censure debate, advocated the application of the Monroe doctrine to the Pacific, and said the United States, Canada, and, Australia should have a combined fleet of thirty vessels to safeguard it.

A squabble occurred at the end of tin censure debate/ over the Government refusing to pay for the Opposition's refreshments and cabs in connection with the late sittings. ' The House adjourned till Tuesday.
