The wicket was fast and the attendance small. The Australians declared their innings closed with the overnight score of 445 for eight, wickets, and took the field. A committee meeting of the North Taranaki Cricket Association will be held to-morrow evening at 8 o'clock in Messrs' Webster and McKcllar's buildings, to consider the proposed visit of an Australian junior eleven next summer.
