During yesterday's censure debate, Mr. Webster, the only speaker in the Mouse, held the floor from 11 in the morning ti11.4 in the afternoon. The Senate Labor members absented themselves. The only one present was the vice-president. Referring to the suggested application of the gag, he declared that unlets the Opposition evidenced a desire to get on with the business, something would have to he done. NEW SOUTH WALES PARLIAMENT. Sydney, July 10. A Bill introduced into the State Parliament provides for optional preferential voting, enrolment by canvass similar to the Federal rolls, and the abandonment of the property vote.
