NGAMOTU CLUB. - •An eclectic match, for Thursday players only, was played on the Ngamotu links yesterday afternoon for a prize Jiresented by Mr. C. Wright. Owing to tie exceptionally heavy rains of the morning there was a good deal of water on the greens, but notwithstanding this nearly all the players' handed in "cards which will reduce their handicaps under the club's new system of handicapping.
