ARRIVAL AT COLOMBO. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Hon. J. Carroll, Acting-Premier, this evening received a cable message from Sir Joseph Ward, stating that the 'Prime Minister and party had arrived at Colombo "all well." They were met on arrival by representatives of the Governor and will he his guests during their stay of two days at Colombo.
