The details of retirements und reorganisation, tlie Post says, arc not yet available, but it is certain that a considerable number of retirements will result, and that the Hon. I!. McKenzie will take over the duties of Minister in charge of roads and bridges. The Departmental districts chieily affected are Nelson, Westland and Southland.
