A DISTRICT SCHEME. Dunedin, Last Night. A meeting of delegates from the various football clubs in the citv and of members of the Otago Rugby Union committee of management was' held on Saturday night, and decided by 24 votes to 12 to introduce a district scheme of football in Dunedin.
