The Peel River directors state that in view of the economical and political situation in New South Wales, the sum paid by the Government for tlie company's property cannot be advantageously employed m the company's business. Therefore they propose to return to tho shareholders £2 for every i'a of stock held, and a bonus of j£.\ for every £5. These returns represent £380,000.
