SIR EDWARD GREY'S CONCLUSION.
London, June 24. Sir Edward drey (Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs), speaking at the National Liberal Chub, said there was nothing under discussion between Germany and Britain likely to cause difficulties, and added: "The more I see of tlie relations Jietween the Motherland and the self-governing dominions the more convinced I am that fiscal liberty is essential for union."
