HOSPITAL FOR TAIIIAPE. Sy Telegraph.—Press Association. Taihape, Last Night. _ At a meeting held here to-day of the joint committee of the AVanganui Hospital Board and the local committee it was decided to instruct the Board's 'architect to prepare plans for a hospital here, the cost not to exceed £2500. It is hoped the Board will provide funds for equipment, as the cost of the building is covered by residents of the district, supplemented bv a Government subsid v.
