CELEBRATIONS AT CAMBRIDGE. London, June 22. The 'Darwin centenary celebrations have opened at Cambridge. Lord Rayleigh welcomed the representatives of 235 universities, academies and learned bodies at Home 'and übroad, besides 200 guests, including eminent men in every walk of life. The celebrations are to last from June 22 to June 24. They ar c to commemorate the 100 th anniversary of tho hirth of Darwin and the 50th anniversary of the publication of tie 'Origin of Species."
