TURKISH AFFAIRS.
EX-SULTAN PROCEEDED AGAINST. Constantinople, June 22. A warrant lias been issued for the appearance in court at Salonika of Abd-nl Hamid, ex-Sultan of Turkey, as the defendant in an action for damages. The plaintiffs are former court jewellers who were exiled because they had business relations with his brother, Mchemmed Reslmd Effendi, who is now Sultan.
