The National Hunk lias received a cable from tlie London Hoard advising the declaration of « dividend of 5 per cent, for the half-year and a bonus to shareholders of :i" per cent., equalling 13 per cent, in all for the year to March 31 last. £25,000 is to be added to the reserve fund, which will tlie'i stand at t'ClT.'i.noo, and £13,000 is to be curried forward. The directors have further allocated £IO,OOO for the bank premises and £3OOO to the Officers' Pension Fund, and granted a bonus to the stall. The annua) meeting is to be held in London on July 0.
