A DUNEDIN OUTBREAK. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, June 23. The manager of the Blackball Company denies that the tire in Mills' Yard, Dunedin, on Saturday, occurred in the Blackball coal or through it. He states that its coal has only been supplied for eleven months, and tnat the seat of the lire was near to other eoals, and that it is difficult to say what caused the fire.
