FRATERNISING ABOARD THEIR YACHTS. Received 18, !>,55 p.m. Berlin, June 18. The Kaiser and Czar exchanged most cordial visits aboard the Royal yachts Hohenzollern and Stinidart at Bjorko. Heir Von Schoen (German Minist-r for Foreign Affairs), M. Stolypin (Premier of Russia) and M. Isvolsky (Russian Minister fur Foreign Affairs') accompanied their Sovereigns. The Kaiser tunclicd a'.ioard the Standart and remained to tea. I NO ENTHUSIASM IN RUSSIA. Received 18, 9.55 p.m. St. Petersburg, June 18. Renter's representative states that the Russian newspapers show little enthusiasm uver the meeting of the Czar with the Kais'er. | The Novoe Vremyn publishes a syn'i-1 pathetic article regarding the AngloSiamese Coiivenlion,- which the. paper describes as a severe blow to German aspirations. The Bourse Gazette declares that the time is past when Russian policy depends upon Berlin. Other papers' advocate the maintenance of the present relations with France and Britain.
