The scheme must he for the immense future requirements of Germany or KrnppV mean to secure the whole armament trade of the world, outside the few great Powers who build for themselves." STATEMENT BY THE WAR LORD, AWARE OF GERMANY'S EXPANSION Received 18, 11.5 p.m. London, June 18. In the House of Commons. Mr. Reginald McKcnna (First Lord of the Admiralty), replying to Mr. J. T. Middlflmore, said that the Admiralty early in 1906 were first aware of Krupp's works' being extended. The expansion and progress had >becn continuing 6incc.
