WITHDRAWAL OE THE INTERNATIONAL TROOPS. Received June 4, 11.30 p.m. Constantinople, June 4. Anxiety is felt inspecting what may happen to Crete upon the withdrawal of the international troops in July. Itifuat Paslui declares that Turkey is willing to allow Cretan autonomy, but Creek occupation would be resisted to the finish.
