King Edward anil (Juet-n Alexandra attended the garden party given by the Prince ami of Willi's ut Miniborough House to the delegates, on the 7th inst. A review will lie held at Spithwul on June, 12th. The review will exclusively comprise warships always fully manned, alwavs in home waters, always fully stoi ■ ed as for action, and always under war training. The Heel will lie anchored in seven lines, occupying IS miles of sea room, and will include 24 battleships, 1(1 armoured cruisers, K other cruisers, 1 scouts, 48 destroyers, 35 submarines, and 'J auxiliaries-
