AN IMPROBABLE STORY. r~ Received 1, 8 p.m. Melbourne, June 1. An authority on Russia complains Of the presence of anarchists in Australia, men who attacked the freedom and liberty they enjoyed. He declares that several terrorists of the .worst kind have lieen allowed to enter the countryWhen in Australia tliey appeared to lose the habits of defiance to authority. He allege* that vome of the bombs recently used in Australia were the work M these terrorfcts. The head of the Criminal Investigation Department is unaware of any dangerous anarchists. There might be political offenders here, hut provided they kept quiet they had no means of knowing, as there was no communication between the Victorian and Russian police. He knew nothing about the matiufac- I ture. of bombs
