The Auckland winter exmotuon, which opens to-morrow, includes a largi dairy section, for which there are a total [ of 104 entries, 101 l being in the export classes. In the grading points competition for the Weddel Cup and gold medal, conlined to Auckland, the alannwaru factory takes first award. In class 4, for two boxes of export factory butter selected out of consignments prwr to March 31, the Matakaua factory came first. In the open class for oiie box of butter suitable for export, iu which there were 24 entries, the South Canterbury factory, with 1)4 points, was first; Waipit (Auckland), second with !»>/, points; Auckland Fresh Food and Ice Company, with.!);! points, third j and Pihania (Opunakej, 'My., points fourth. In the class for one box of export butter, open only to factories outside Auckland, Rangitikei and Cheltenham factories tied for first place with 1)3 points each. Buimythorpc being third with Hi 1 /-, ■points, and South uanlerbury fourth with'' H2. For factory cheese, best case full cream cheddar shaped cheese suitable for export, Taungatara (T.iranaki) w-as first with !)4'/ 2 points, Oniimi fac lory (Otago) second, Opouriao t.'vuci; land) third, and Kaupokonui (Taranaki) t fourth. hi a similar class for white [| el se, Opouraio (Auckland) was lirsi I with 1)4 points, Kaupokonui second witl J 03'/,, ,llia Oinimi third !):!.
