FETEING THE DELEGATES. Received IS, 10.57 .p.m. Ottawa, May 18. The ladies accompanying the delegates to the Imperial iPrcss Conference were entertained at luncheon at Toronto, and then the entire party was taken in an automobile for a drive. A banquet was given in the National Club in the evening. To-day the party, as guests of the Ontario Government, visit Nia"ar.i Falls. " c AUSTRALIAN REPRESENTATION. Received May 19, 1 a.m. "' , Melbourne, Last Nigiit. Mr. Watson, ex-Premier, is unable, owing to private arrangements, to accept the Federal Government's invitation to accompany the Minister for Defence as a delegate to the Imperial Defence Conference.
