ENTHUSIASM IX CANADA. Received May 17, 11.50 p.m. ■Victoria (U.C.), May 17. A smoke concert at Victoria (Britis.i Columbia), whereat the crews of the Japanese cruisers Alio and Soya were entertained, was marked with intense icntimsSasm. The inhabitants alterwards joined the British and Japanese -bluejackets and the Canadian regulars anil militia, marching and singing "Rule Britannia " and " Aiild T.ang Syne."
