At ilio afternoon's meeting of the Auckland Agricultural Association, a letter from Mr. William Taylor, of Te Awamutu, stating that Ire lifUl disposed of his famous Grcvnhill stud because of what he inscribed as the "shameful treatment" of liia stock by the Railway Department, going and coming from tiie Cambridge show. On that occasion his stock were in the truck •211 hours, and it took that time to travel a distance of 54 miles.
