Minister of Railways, stated to a reporter yesterday that he had received the report of the Addington Workshops Commission. The report will he submitted to Cabinet, which will decide whether the contents will he made public at once or after the document has been presented to Parliament. Mr. Millar said it wax not tinintention of the Railway Department to build elaborate stations throughout the country. What was wanted was ample platform and office accommodation. The Department had requests' for new stations all over the Dominion, but the cost must be met out oi revenue, and only a certain amount was available. Only, four or five wo\|ld be replaced this year. It was impossible to do more owing to the restriction of expenditure and moneys from revenue. They could easily spend a million this year on renewal of stations or yards, but the desire was bounded by funds available. '
