PROMOTIXG PERSOXAL FRIENDSHIPS. Receved 7, 11.45 p.m. London, May 7. A movement to promote personal friendships between the leading men ff Britain and France is progressing. Messieurs Delcasse, Downer, Millerand, Beinach, Kslourvellcs, Deconstant and a nnmlier of others dined at the House of Commons with many Liberal and Unionist Lords and Commoners.
A special committer of fifty was formed in eacli country to further the entente.
