■Darcno, Arubinda Ghosew'. brother, who confessed, and Dutt, who prepared the bombs, were sentenced to death ill connection with the Alipur conspiracy case. Some others were sentenced »o transportation for life or imprisonment ranging from one to ten years. Arnbina Gliose and the rest of accused were acquitted. The Judge told Bareuo Chose that his confession linked up the Muzznirapur outrage and attempts on Sir Andrew \Fraser and the .Mayor of Charda.nagar with the conspiracy for collecting arms, military drill and making bomb* with n wide fire zone for street fighting, ell of which indicated their intention to wage- war against the King.
