A very pleasing function took place in the Holland Club rooms last evening, when the members of the Hibernian Society aud the club assembled to bid farewell to Mr. John O'llagan. who is leaving for Kltliam to commence business mi life owi( account. Dean McKcnna. in making a presentation, which L'oiisifited ')? a set pi gold sleeve-links .and a silver-nioui|tcd cigarette holder, referred to the good work done by Mr, O'llagan during the time that lie had been in their midst. lie expressed regret at Mr. O'Hagail's departure, hilt as the change was fur his own advancement tjiey had much pleasure ill wishing him every niicccs* in his new sphere, ill'. U'llayaii briefly responded.
