THE NAVAL POLICY
PROPOSED IMPERIAL CONFERENCE
London, April'2B. Cabinet is considering a proposal to hold an Imperial Naval Conference to 1010. The conference is 4 corollary to Mr. Asquith'a recent suggestion in the House of Commons.
In replying to questions the Hon. R, McKenna, First Lord of th„ Admiralty, on behalf of Mr Asquit-h, stated, that lor all prneticul purposes the American navy did not enter into thc Government's calculations regarding the twoPower standard.
