FEDERAL GOVERXMEXT'S DECISION. Melbourne, April i! 7. Speaking at the Eight Honrb' Demonstration, Mr. Fisher, Federal Premier, said the Government hail jio inteiiliou of adopting the suggestion made that the Dreadnought issue should lie a non-party question, and submitting it to the will of Parliament if deciding in fnvo r of presenting a Dreadnought. The Government, he said, had dealt with the defence question on its merits and intended to stand or fall by its proposals.
