RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE RESENTED. TAIIRIS PREFERS SURRENDER. Received 27, 10.25 p.m. Teheran, April 27. The Nationalists at Tabriz, after an excited discussion on Saturday, decided that- surrender was preferable to Russian occupation. They accordingly nenl a telegram to the Shah, whose reply was conciliatory. Two hundred Cossack* and SUO infantry are approaching Tabriz. Ow tliousand infantry and artillery remain at Julfa, and 450!) are ready at Tillm.
