By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following ie Bev. Bates' weather foreeast to 3 p.m. to-morrow:—Very wet weather probable north of Xew Plymouth and Napier, with high Westerly winds and a further fall in the barometer; cold and wet weather, with snow in the highlands, are probable southwards, with strong southerly -winds and a steady rise in the barometer.
