ANN UAL RETURN. A liua.icial statement covering the past twelve mouths' working of the borough of New Plymouth was submitted to the meeting"of the Council last evening. A return comparing the estimated with actual receipts and expenditure for the year discloses the following particular'!:— RECEIPTS.
