SATISFACTORY PROGRESS. Tin Harbor Board held a special meeting on' Saturday morning to discuss communications from Messrs Connett and King, the Board's deputation in London, in connection with the flotation of the ,1.3110.11(10 loan recently authorised by the ratepayers for harbor improvement purposes. The proceedings were of necessity in camera, and at their conclusion the Press was informed that the Board has every reason to believe' that arrangements for the dotation of the loan will b« completed in a few days. Upon receipt of further information from Home the public will be immediately advised.
