BROKEN HILL TROUBLES
CIENERAL SRIKE VETOED. Received 15, 11.40 p.m. Sydney, April 15. The Labor Congress resolved against the proposal for a general strike. Mr. •Bowling accused certain members of cowardice, and declared them to be totally deficient in the spirit of light possessed by the Newcastle miners.
