A resolution was pamed warmly supporting the adoption by the Dominion No-License Convention of the proposal in relation to legislation and propaganda in its report of its non-Parlia-mentary ngenl, who say« that in the event of Dominion no-license being carried, no further poll bo taken except upon a resolution by a majority of members of Parliament following upon a petition signed hv a substantial proportion of electors. But in the meantime a local option vote should he laken at any election of licensing committees, the. majority to decide that the reduction i*ue lie omitted and made dependent on whether the committee pledged to reducing is returned.
